A New York City-based designer, model and actress, Ashley Michaelsen was born and raised in the suburbs of Rochester, New York where she began working in the fashion industry as a model. Through the years, Ashley has modeled for top names, including: Tommy Hilfiger, BEBE, Converse, SayWhat?, OK! Magazine, Marie Claire, Maxim, Esquire and J-14 Magazine. She has also made appearances on networks including: ABC, NBC and HBO, Ashley developed a passion for all that is fashionable and decided to pursue a degree in fashion merchandising at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. In 2009, she launched her first collection of unique dresses and was featured on the runway at The Nikki Beach Celebrity Fashion Show held in NYC. She recently showcased her spring 2011 line during Feburary's Fashion week
